Q. How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, your package usually arrives within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. During peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer but we always aim to move fast.


 

Q. Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are packed and shipped from Cape Town.


 

Q. How fast do you process orders?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.


 

Q. Is delivery free?

Yes - free delivery on all orders over R499.

Orders under R499 have a R99 standard delivery fee.


 

Q. Do I get an order confirmation?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.


 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major debit/credit cards.


 

Q. Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully secure and SSL-encrypted though Payfast.

 



Q. Who covers return shipping?

The Cape Apothecary™ will cover return courier costs when the return is due to:

• Incorrect item received

All other returns are reviewed individually, and courier responsibility is determined based on inspection findings.

 


 

Q. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thecapeapothecary@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Never. We only send order updates and occasional exclusive offers — and you can unsubscribe anytime.



Q. Who covers return shipping for refunds?

For refunds, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
