Refund policy
At The Cape Apothecary, we honor the intention behind every purchase. Because our products are handcrafted botanical remedies and food items, we cannot accept returns for opened containers once they have left our farm.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thecapeapothecary@gmail.com with photos of the damaged goods, and we will happily arrange a replacement.
- Order Issues: If you have received the incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days, and we will rectify this immediately.
